I have been having this acute left shoulder pain which goes down till my elbow. I am not able to rotate my arms freely note an I able to rest my arms on a higher support.  This seems to be a muscle that's troubling me. I am a right hander and very physically active

are u a diabetic?? if yes it could be the pain radiating from ur neck ...to the shoulders and elbow ...get an x ray and consult an orthopedician  who will help u with the problem..
