I have a joint pain in my right shoulder, after playing badminton. I think my joint muscles got weakened. And whenever I am trying to hit, it pains a lot. Like it pains when I try to rotate my hands in full swing to hit.

Do not continue playing with painful shoulder There might be muscle injuries which might aggravate if you continue playing. Put ice pack 3 times a day
