I had an accident in which i fall on the road and my shoulder bone got little upward n it ains a lot. Ahould i do surgery i am a diabetic or i should put that belt

Hi It seems you had AC injury in the shoulder. This injury can be graded . If it minor  it will heal conservatively. You may require surgery if the injury is more
