Shoulder pain

Hi I am getting shoulder pain only on left side when I met orthopaedit he diagnosed it as muscle tightness in back and shoulder thinking of starting yoga any suggestions on assanas or yoga centre which can teach yoga for above. Thank you Giri

Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs. Take frequent Breaks at work. Core Strengthening Exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.
