Doctor, I have vertigo problem. For the past few days I feel like my shoulder is loose and weak, and my neck is paining. Also I feel dizziness. Please let me know the solution

Any hearing loss /ear blockage or ringing in your ears? What is the duration of vertigo few seconds or minutes? Is it triggered by change in head position?
