Shoulder dislocation
While playing my shoulder got dislocated and after medications also its not well .when unconsciously hand moves fast it dislocate again . I dont know what the problem ..

Their is soft tissue injury in your shoulder and you need mri for that before it becomes more sever and big problem.
It dislocate when your arm is in rest position clear shows labrum tear.
And while wearing a shirt or coombing hair it can dislocate while doing this activity shoulder does particular movement and if their is soft tissue injury(labral tear + ligaments torn ) their is no lock mechanism in joint prevent the shoulder to pop out
So need an mri urgently.
Clinical examination of shoulder at earliest by orthopaedic surgeon or (arthroscopy specialist for shoulder and knee).
And along with mri and clinical findings he will guide what's the next step.
For now do ice application and apply shoulder immobilizer to prevent further dislocation.
And there are some people who like to be macho by doing shoulder relocation by self , it only happen in movie &. it will cause lot of internal damage to soft tissue and bone loss.
So take it seriously and visit an ortho at earliest.

Its looks like recurrent shoulder dislocation.
Wen was the 1st Time your shoulder got dislocated? Who reduced it? Have any xrays done at that time?
