This is my mri report... Does it saying my shoulder dislocation or something else.. Please tell me what problem I have I'm worried..

According to this report there's a small cyst at your shoulder joint region. Nothing much to worry though
Next Steps
It would better if you would communicate with someone why did you need to get an MRI done. If there were any complaints you had as such. Kindly consult with an orthopedician if you have any restriction of movement or the bulge is too obvious
