Traumatic shoulder dislocation in a young male should heal in 3 to 4 weeks. It is normal to have pain for that time. You have ruled out fracture with X Ray.
Next Steps
Give the shoulder some time to heal. Take pain killers if needed. Local application of ointment and hot water may help. Later, visit a physiotherapist for shoulder muscle strengthening exercises.
Health Tips
Avoid overhead activities. If you feel that your shoulder is unstable again, get a specialist consult and MRI

After dislocation it needs to be immobilized for 3 weeks followed by strengthening exercises. Start hot packs , ointment , anti inflammatory medicines.

Hello Practo User, Get a MRI examination of shoulder done. There is high likelihood of soft tissue damage which cannot be detected on xray.
Next Steps
If you wish you can consult me online. Regards.
