Recently dislocated my shoulder at the beach. 3rd dislocation and it's been a day since it's back in place. I can't move my arm or shoulder properly, muscle has spasmed and feels like it's gonna dislocate doing anything.

Immobilisation for 3-4 weeks is required post dislocation..else muscles, ligaments  and capsule won't heal in proper position resulting in laxity.
