At the age of 25, sound which you are getting in shoulder is due to tendon shift over bone and can be the case of shoulder musculature  weakness. You won't experience much pain in lifting your hand but the pain aggrevate while taking it back very slow.
Next Steps
Get your shoulder assessed by physical therapist.
Health Tips
-Wall pushup. -Retraction-protraction with straight hand supported on wall.

Hi, this is Dr Hitin Mathur, orthopaedic surgeon at fortis C doc Hospital and visiting consultant at Apollo noida. A good clinical examination will help to find the cause of clicking and pain. X rays and MRI of the shoulder will also help in finding the pathology.
