With Recurrent chemical pregnancy(3) and 1 missed abortion all within 6 weeks gestation which were natural conception. The reports of karyotyping, TSH,AMH,male fertility tests all came normal. Should we consider IVF as next treatment.. please advise

Try ovulation induction with IUI as a last resort If that pregnancy fails go for IVF

If everything is normal ,then you can have pregnancy with proper pre and periconception management
