Hi, My mother has some unwanted thoughts recently. She was working for the past 25 years and now she is retired. Due to being ideal, she is thinking about the past and the wounds, caused to her. My Parents are separated within few years of their marriage and there has been lot of betrayal and stuff. So now my mom this of all that and she is behaving either weak or crying for silly reasons. She is feeling too insecure and alone. I have given all the confidence to get that I can. But nothing works.Also, I believe she is also going through menopause. I'm not sure what should I do now to get her some help. Please suggest. Thank you.
