2 years before I fall down while running and my right hand shoulder dislocated I had proper treatment on that time 3 months I used shoulder belt and now 3 days before while playing tennis again my hand dislocated from shoulder kindly suggest.

U will need a mri to assess soft tissue injury. Management will be according to that. But u might need arthroscpic surgery to stabilise the shoulder.
