Sir I got my echo done in 2020 it said lv diastolic dysfunction in the report and the rest was normal. I had slight lung problem and they put me on maxiflo inhaler for 5 months saying asthma but told me to get off it which I did . Right now i have severe tiredness and can't do much physical work i feel shortness of breath also my heart beats really fast . Is it due to my heart?Do i need medication for diastolic dysfunction?I'm 20 years old .

You had your 2D ECHO in 2020. At that time you were 18 years old. I suggest you should consult your Cardiologists when you have any problem related to heart or respiration.
