Shortness in breath

I am facing congested nose, runny nose, itching in eyes, fatigue. I was recently diagnosed with allergy rhinitis. After recovering, I am again having the same symptoms, added with shortness in breathing, time to time. Could you help me recognise if there could be a serious illness underneath, or it is just the allergy?

Shortness is breath could be a symptom of asthma which is also an allergic response from the lungs. It could be part of the allergic rhinitis spectrum. Consult a physician for treatment of the same

Shortness of breath could be due to asthama. See a general physician in my opinion. Rest of the symptoms are consistent with allergic rhinits
