Before 2023 I have 6 days menstrual cycle In between 2023-2025 I have 5 days menstrual cycle In 2025 I have 4 days menstrual cycle , 2016 I have diagnosed PCOS and slightly elevated TSH ( borderline..like 4 .56 )and severely vitamin -D deficiency...I have lost weight 2020-2022 about 15 kg now days I have lost inches but not weight...my menstrual cycle is regular from 2022 and duration is decreasing like 55 days to 45 days to in this year 31 days ... ovulation Happen on 15-20 days ..but the flow of blood is remaining same when I have 5 days of menstrual cycle when I have 4 days .and vitamin D level is normal by taking supplements and TSH is also  normal 2.50 without medication and hemoglobin and ferritin also normal ..why my period days become small I am so worried?
