I can't control my temper and every time I feel irritating throughout day even there has no cause. I could not tolerate my loved one and unable to cope up with my job

Hi, Anger is one kind of emotion like sadness & happiness. Nothing wrong in it to be upset or feeling bad about. Try to spend time with urself as the source is within and not outside. Address the problem straight rather than avoiding or postponing
