I had got short sightedness when i was 10 years old. Now i am 15 years old. It has been increased to -3.5.

Short sightedness is a developmental condition where d length of Ur eyeball keeps increasing and hence the number. It will stabilise by 20-21 years of age. Once it stabilises u can get LASIK done if u don't​ want to wear glasses. Till then u hav to use glasses or contact Lenses.
