Short Height Problem
Hello Everyone My name is Md Saif and I live in Kolkata I am 25 years old Current height is 5 feet and weight 72 kg
I am suffering from Nephrotic Syndrome for these i regular checkup with my Dr and taking medicine at time
I sometimes feel very depressed because of it and I am very serious about it and I want to increase my height at any cost
Doctors can you please suggest me any treatment that will increase my height
I know that there is a possibility to increase height after 25 years so please suggest me any treatment I can come to any city in India for the treatment
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated

At your age , increase in height is not possible at all because of the closure of centre responsible for increase in height in bone. By the way, my dear friend, it’s not height which determines your fate, it’s your character and hard work which defines you. I have personally seen a lot of people of short stature who are very successful.

Hey Saif ,
There are possibilities to increase your height by max 4-5 inch , for which u have to be patient for about a year or so . Though at the age of 25 progress will be slow and may not also come as desired .
But we can try for some gain of height ..

At 25 years there is no medicine to increase hight in Alopathy.As you said you are also suffering from Nephrotic Syndrome so I suggest you please don't worry about your height which is secondary now and concentrate on treatment of your disease.
Have a positive approach in life and you will be fine.
