Short frenulum, got partially torn 6 years ago while masturbating. Now there the foreskin can not be fully retracted due to the tight and short frenulum. Severe pain while trying to have intercourse. Unable to to insert penis into vagina due to the pain, and fear that it will be torn again. Wearing condoms is also difficult. And even after wearing them pain is there while trying to insert it. Whether surgery is needed?
