I was getting less sleep for 2-3 days. Couldn't sleep at night. And am having a feeling that am short of breath! Also having a lot of burping and gas i guess. I am very worried and getting anxiety attacks.

You having anxiety and acidity issues..Both are leading to rest of the troubles.you need to calm down .Consult a physician or pulmonologist for proper management. Take antacids and proper sleep. Do regular walk and exercise.

It looks like Gastric Acid reflux disease. Still get chest x-ray and CBC done Take Tab . Sompraz 40 mg once daily for 2 weeks Consult Chest Physician and Gastroenterologist
