Dear Sir, From past few days I'm noticing my hand are shivering. it is happening first time before that i've no problem. i don't have any disease problem as well. But from past 10 days i'm feeling less strength in my hands while working. Please help me. And suggest me which reports to test ?.

There are numerous reasons for this shivering. You should get it assessed first, then only any diagnosis can be made. But sometimes it due to problems like low BP, in case of diabetes(when sugar level gets down) or sometimes because of any cervical nerve compression S o get all them checked first.
