Dear doctor From last Sunday night chills,Shiver and high fever started.. I am taking Dolo 650 two times and have started taking cetil cv ,500 from yesterday.. Everyday evening I feel chills ,Shiver and high fever of 102+.. Sometimes nausea...mild headache..but no cough.. Please guide me what to do??
