SHELCAL 500 vs shelcal xt
In 5 months pregnancy , if I take shelcal XT instead of Shelcal 500 will it be unsafe for baby?
I am also taking iron tablets, orofer Xt

You can take Shelcal XT instead of Shelcal.
Shelcal XT also contains Vit B group of vitamins in addition to Vitamin D3 . Shelcal doesn't have Vit B group of vitamins.
Both are safe. The choice will be determined by your tolerance to the medicine.
