It seems that she is undergoing a schizoid change. It needs to be ruled out by an expert. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively but you need an expert. It needs to be treated in a holistic approach for complete recovery. You need an expert psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

Hi, Her behavior often becomes a source of concern, as she engages in lengthy conversations with herself, displaying an intensity that hints at underlying frustration. When the anger erupts, it can be quite explosive; she yells at others and misbehaves, leaving those around her feeling bewildered and apprehensive. However, this outburst is not a constant state; she can shift dramatically from anger to calm in an instant, leaving others unsure of how to approach her. This unpredictability raises questions about her emotional well-being, suggesting that there may be deeper issues at play that need to be understood and addressed.
