Sharp pain suddenly near ACLR tunnel

Since last two days sudden sharp pain started near Tibial Tunnel. It's been 2 years since my surgery but why suddenly this pain ? When I try to extend my knee this sharp pain strikes and when I'm bending no issues. What might be the reason ? I've posted a photo of the area as well. Pls advice.
