Pain referred to the testis is caused by ureteric calculi or oxalate crystals commonly addressed as ureteric colic.
This is an episodic pain which escalates and then de-escalates.
At times uti may also lead to such symptoms.
Drink adequate water 4-6glass per day
Coconut water or cranberry juice may help
Avoid caffeine and carbonated beverages.
Avoid high oxalate containing food.
Get a urine analysis done.
