40 days post my ACL surgery. Started full weight bearing post 30 days of my surgery, started physiotherapy exercises as per my surgeon form the 10th day of surgery. Now it's 40 days past my ACL surgery, my knee hurts very badly when bending, like something very sharp is rubbing inside. Surgeon had said, he has fixed the graft very tight. When will this sharp pain go and when will my graft get flexible without giving pain when bending knee.
