I have sharped left nipple pain when touched and pain is from last 6 months there is lil pain in arms and shoulder to.but the pain is while touching.the pain is only in a small area of 2mm just exactly below the left nipple..i dont have any cough not any shorten of breath a normal ecg report as i though it due to heart problem but only occur at particular area.after i stop gym the pain occur after that.as i stop all the diet and consume more tea and very less food as i lost my father and after that i stop gym after 3 week the pain occur earlier i thought it may be due to heart or something else.plse can you suggest me the reason for pain anf some furthur steps.i request u plse and give brief answer plse.where i put the finger the pain is exactly on the area plse suggest some medicine or i further start gym so it cure
