Sharp intense pain in leg bones at night

Respected Dr., Every night, from the past 5-6 weeks, i am feeling intense pain in my leg bones regularly at night without any reason. Sometimes, this pain occurs in the day. Please suggest any treatment for this.

Visit nearby orthopedic surgeon for checkup once then get treatment. First find out the reason instead of directly asking for medications

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any.  -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --.
