Greetings, sorry about the pain. You need to stop running for now. You should be developing flat foot or plantar fascitis or pressure on heel bone due to running. All of the above can be treated by physio.

ice the area of pain thrice a day plus see a physio who specialise in trigger point therapy or myofascial release, plus exercise for foot. foot arch support may also be recommended. you should be fine in about 1 months time.
