I have been experiencing this situation for last 3 months, my lower lip shakes often (vibration on the lower lip). When I looked closely I saw dark patches on lower lips and little bit of crust. My lips feel dry and tight all the time. Other things - 1. I feel little bit of burning sensation on the lower lip. Not exactly burning but uncomfortable. 2. Last two periods were very late each after 40 days. * I drink 7-8 glasses of water daily. * No other health issues.

Tingling or burning or shaking of lower lip can be due to some nerve involvement .Dryness and dark patches need to be investigate . Do u smoke.
