Shaking, Sweating, and foggy head

2023-05-19 11:49:52
I was shaking, sweating with foggy head and blurry vision for sometime today while doing yoga. I had not had anything to raft for 3 hours and randomly checked my sugar levels after the incident it was around 97 mg/dl. Is this something to be worried about? I am 29 years old, obese class -II.
