Sgot and sgpt levels above normal

After fever for a few days earlier this month I struggled to get well.10 days later i was hospitalised. sgot 472 sgpt 376. Wasnt eating, before admission I'd lost weight due to loss of appetite. 3 days later sgot 202 sgpt 314. Tested negative for hep a. 2 days later sgot 74 sgpt 184. Tested negative for hep b.2 days later sgot132 sgpt 119. Negative for hep c. Still feeling tired, have previously been diagnosed with colitis. Dr prescribed hepa balance tablets. Am i ok to start teaching again?

What was the cause of your fever ? Your elevated SGOT/PT could be drug induced... say if u have taken paracetamol for fever. 
Next Steps
Follow SGOT/PT closely and if persistently elevated consult a gastroenterologist
