My age 31 years married in march 2015, since I have not sex with my partner , my problem is my penis is not strong what should I do?

hello you have an erection problem....or premature ejaculation thrombosis of blood vessels supplying penis.....psychological and parasympathetic system problems mi8 be der...these have to be ruled out kindly consult surgeon and psychiatrist..
