Severe weakness after blood diarrhea

I suffered from severe  blood diarrhea in for almost 10 days. The now I have recovered from it fully but I have severe weakness. I like even normal walking my legs joins are in so much pain. He any special thing I need to do get out of this weakness?

Take plenty of water. your diet should be very nutritious.add more green vegetables and spinach in your diet.take more fruits.Iron rich foods.Can multivitamin tablets daily for one month.consult if still you have concern
