Ideally you need physical examination because its majority of the time mixed infection so only Fluconazole will not help
Next Steps
you may consult online (because of lockdown) for proper prescription

Itch guard is not a good solution. Please avoid it and you can contact at private consult for prescription if not possible to visit a gynaec there at present.

Don't use itch gaurd. There is combination of infection ..... U need to get an examination to find out if it's a candidiasis or bacterial vaginosis or tricomoniasis and even a swab test to find the issue and then get treated. Untreated or unndertreated infection can cause tubal blocks
