Past 3 days I have a gastric problem...I feel that gas stuck in back neck bone...frm Tuesday when  i eat anything even drink water ...back upper bone area hurts a lot...today I feel the pain when walk sleep ...I already consult a doc ...he gav some medicine...but it don't work...WT is the prblm ...I have ever feel this ...pls help ..WT s the reason

See gastritis and bone pain are usually 2 different things .. If ur havng bony pain then xray is prefrrd..and for gastritis u can take antacids.. Kindly consult for making ur history of illness more clear and further evaluation and diagnosis
