- Painkillers will only provide you temporary relief or sometimes it won't relieve a severe toothache. - Visit a dentist to get that teeth treated. - Need to check it clinically and radiographically and then the treatment can be planned. (won't take many appointments)

Safest choice of drug is paracetamol. Its better if you upload the medication and diagnosis.
Next Steps
visit the nearest dentist to treat the underlying cause for pain instead of staying just under medication.

He can take ketorol dt in 10 ml dilution with water. There is no such contradiction for any pain killers in cardiac conditions when used in proper dosage . But necessary to take the treatment and solve the problem as pain killers will only give you temporary relief
