Severe throat pain from last two days

Suffering from severe throat pain on both side of the neck since two days. Extreme difficulty in swallowing, speaking. Tried gargling with salt water, drinking hot water but everything is going in vain with no result. Taking hot beverages to get relief but isn't working. Kindly advice.

Take tab augmentin 1g twice a day for one week along with gargles and paracetamol for pain. Also consult an ENT doctor for confirmation before starting
