Severe sprain like pain in inner thigh

After delivery i am facing severe inner thigh pain and back pain once i get up from bed. I almost unable to turn around. The pain gets reduced by time. Please help me to know how to reduce this pain and how to rectify?

Hot compress will be helpful.Was that normal delivery?Consult  me online .or you can call me through Practo.if pain is persisting for long you may consult  any orthopedic doctor becz sometimes there comes a gap between L4-L5 lumber spine after a normal delivery. Take care.
