Severe period cramps
From last 2 periods I am having severe period cramps for first day. Also, sometimes I won't have any bleeding at all for first day and cramps and bleeding start on second day. I was detected with nephrotic syndrome few months back. So I took wysolone for 3 months and now I am on tacrolimus 1mg morning and evening. I got the ultrasound done. The reports are normal. Can ashokarishtha syrup help here?

Hello miss , sory to know about your health issue. But ashokarista is not the only solution.
First of all your case is due to vata and kapha involved as ayurved text explain. You need to proper flush it for 2-3 cycle then it will become normal in further next period.
I think you have to start proper medication. So better to consult any good ayurved doctor near your place, or consult telephonically after detailing they will prepare better medicine plan for you.

Ok, got ur pain n eagerness to get well, plz attach reports, PMS may be due to steroids, PMS can be sorted out soon but nephrotic syndrome needs evaluation on ayurvedic assessment so plz consult Ayurvedic dr in ur city attached to Ayurveda medicine school
