Severe pain in the knee

Got up this morning to sudden pain in the right knee. Finding it difficult to walk and put pressure on the knee. Please advice. When I went to bed the knee was absolutely ok. No previous history of knee pain or injury. I am obese. Pls advice

There could be some internal inflammation in the knee joint. Please consult a doctor who can examine you and advise as to what needs to be done.
