I have continuous pain in right hand and also back ache. Have been experience this from a week. Pain becomes high in the night

Hi As you say that pain in right arm, and interscapular region back pain? This correlates with cervical discogenic and nerve root compression related pain. If your pain score is low, continue medicine and physiotherapy. If pain score more that 4/10 means 40% and above then need to go for MRI and identify lesions.
