She's having severe pain in lower back for last 5 hours, which started from vaginal region. multiple vomiting. Looks like kidney stone?

Its is  due to kidney stones, visit nearest hospital and get injectable painkiller once symptoms relieved get usg abdomen and pelvis scan done to confirm .
