From the past 6 months I have been getting severe pain in the lower abdomen, it feels like squeezing from inside, I experience it atleast once in 2-3 weeks, and when it comes it stays for around a week. It gets worse if I don't eat.When it comes, it pains severely in some region(usually the left lower abdomen but for the past few days it is there in the right part also ) for 20 to 30 Mins like some problem like stretching in a nerve, the rest of the time it pains in that area....It increases if touched. I even got swelling last time in the lower left abdomen. The pain is usually more when I am stressed, both mentally and physically,or when I do more work.
