Severe pain in Foot Joints

I have a painful and serious pain in my foot joints. While paining my foots skin colour turns red and black. I also have calcium and diabetes.

Rule out inflammation and infection with ESR, CRP, thyroid profile and uric acid. Pedicure and contrast bath with footwear modification will help.
