I have got severe OCD. I have got potty OCD. I feel like every time my potty has come out. When I go to the potty I feel like it is not clean. I keep washing my genitals for 20-25 minutes. Even if I don't go to the potty, I feel that I have passed stool somewhere and then I sit to wash it for hours I feel that it has come out and it is not clean and if I touch it and then touch something else with the same hand then that thing and the bed too will become dirty and I will make everybody sick along with me My life has stopped because of this I have started to get irritated and I feel anxious even after waking up early in the morning I can't even tell this to anyone, I feel ashamed What should I do please help 🙏
