Hi...with out clinical examination it's difficult to say it's cervical spondylitis...There are many possible reasons for your pain which has to be taken care....it may be due to Abnormalities in the bone or joints, trauma, poor posture, degenerative diseases, muscle strain, shoulder joint instability,dislocation...you may require investigations like x ray,MRI etc...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...Consult nearest neurologist they will do the needful.
