Severe lower back pain

Its been nearly 2yrs and 8months Post delivery (c sec) i am facing severe lower back pain and neck pain recently., I feel a bulge in my shoulder and it's really hard..it hurts really bad. I took epidural during delivery. What sort of treatment is recommended, should i consult orthopedic or go for ayurvedic treatment. I am working as input editor with 24/7 news channel, and work is hectic loads of stress and pressure

This pain is due to pain in the muscles of cervical & lumbar spine as you started working with weak muscles and taking a lot of stress.

Consult a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +IFT +Heating therapy +some strengthening as well as stretching exercises will be helpful for sure.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.
